The Greater North Penn Collaborative for Health & Human Services ("The Collaborative") website User Agreement. Welcome to The Collaborative's private members' area. This User Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms and conditions governing your use of The Collaborative's services, technology, and any other content available on the private members' area of this website.
By clicking the "I accept these Terms of Service" button on this page, you accept these terms and conditions and acknowledge that these Collaborative services are subject to certain limitations including, but not limited to, those set forth below. If you do not wish to accept this Agreement, do not proceed with the registration. By registering as a User of The Collaborative's website, you agree to use Collaborative services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions as outlined below.
You agree that access to the private areas of the The Collaborative's website is a privilege of your membership in good standing of the Collaborative, not a right of membership. In order to register successfully on The Collaborative's website, you must be listed as a "Member in Good Standing."
If, at any time after your registration, your status with the Collaborative changes to anything other than "Member in Good Standing", your access to the private area of The Collaborative's website may be terminated.
Further, you agree that you will not share members-only contact lists or other privileged information outside the Collaborative membership, except to the extent that such information sharing advances your organizationís (or the Collaborativeís) work. For example, sharing the membership list with a consultant who is assisting you in your work is acceptable so long as the consultant agrees to use the list only for the designated purpose and not to disseminate it to other parties.
Any violation of this User Agreement may result in a suspension of your access to the private area of The Collaborative's website. Continued violations of these rules may result in a permanent suspension of your access at The Collaborative's sole discretion.
