Primary Activities of the Collaborative include:

1. Monthly membership meetings with your colleagues to network and plan collaborative ventures
2. North Penn Nonprofit Academy for free, locally based, capacity-building workshops and seminars
3. Community Summits bringing all stakeholders to the table to raise awareness of and plan actions to address emerging issues
4. Partnerships to meet community needs that no one agency could address on their own
5. Advocacy with government officials and others on behalf of member agencies and their clients
